Baetis Belgian Orange

This Belgian Wit has been introduced to those that want a lighter wheat beer with low hops and lower alcohol content.  This Summer time brew has a strong, sweet orange peel influence combined with a low dosage of chamomile to smooth over any overbearing aroma.  The hops used in this brew are more flavor and aroma focused rather than bitterness influenced.  The end result of this brew is light in color and body, crisp, refreshing, somewhat sweet, and easy drinking.
